OpenVSP Workshop 2016

Registration is closed

The 2016 OpenVSP Workshop will be held August 23-25 at NASA Ames Research Center at Moffett Field California.

If you cannot attend, don’t worry. The workshop will be live-streamed and recorded for later viewing. No registration is required to view the live stream.

To attend virtually:

From any computer with a high speed internet connection, go to the Workshop Streaming Site. Enter as a Guest and type your name.

To test your systems beforehand, go to this link, which will run a meeting test. The streaming does require Adobe Flash.

Travel

Location

The Workshop will be held at the NASA Ames Conference Center, in Building 152. It is located at: 200 Bailey Rd, Mountain View, CA 94043.

When you arrive at the NASA Front Gate, show ID and tell them you are going to the Conference Center. US Persons must show a valid driver's license. Non-US Persons must show a passport.

Hotels

We don't have a block of rooms or a particular hotel to recommend. However, there are many choices within just a couple of miles of NASA Ames.

Agenda

The OpenVSP Workshop consists of presentations and tutorials by VSP developers and power users. Topics range from introductory to advanced model building, reports on cutting edge development, and work that real users are accomplishing with OpenVSP.
