This should fix a bunch of issues with DegenGeom in preparation for things to come. Also fixed are a bunch of problems with 6-series and file airfoil types. Anyone using v3 should certainly update.<\/p>\n<p>Bug fixes in this release include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Six series leading edge creep<\/li>\n<li>Crash for very thin six series airfoils<\/li>\n<li>Fix problem copy\/pasting file airfoils<\/li>\n<li>Update overall wing aspect ratio display<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t deselect Geom when executing DegenGeom<\/li>\n<li>Fix sign assumption in z camber of DegenGeom for reflex or inverted foil<\/li>\n<li>Make export file names match primary file name<\/li>\n<li>Save Vehicle level parameters including file save options<\/li>\n<li>Fix wing updating when total parameters changed<\/li>\n<li>Enable extracting point cloud from slices<\/li>\n<li>Write out slices to STL file<\/li>\n<li>Increase upper bound on Wing Area parameters to support aircraft in mm<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t write out flat wing caps to DegenGeom<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t drop point data for symmetrical DegenGeom<\/li>\n<li>Build fixes for Linux<\/li>\n<li>Fix mismatched limits for 4-digit airfoil parameters<\/li>\n<li>Update X3D export for materials and flipped normal vectors<\/li>\n<li>Add version check to ReadXMLFile<\/li>\n<li>Add base file name getter to API<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OpenVSP Version 3.0.4 OpenVSP 3.0.4 is mostly a bug fix release.
